Short-Term Exchange Students in Spring Semester 2026

Vážení,
dovolujeme si Vás informovat o nabídce, která nám byla zaslána z naší partnerské univerzity – Graduate School of Science and Technology (GSST), Kumamoto University, Japonsko:

  *   Short-Term Exchange Program. Program je určen magisterským studentům a doktorandům z partnerských univerzit. Délka pobytu je max. 1 rok. Podrobnější informace naleznete v příloze.
Studenti jsou osvobozeni od placení jakýchkoli poplatků za přijímací zkoušky, poplatků za přijetí nebo školného na hostitelské univerzitě za předpokladu, že si udržují státu řádného studenta na univerzitě (max 3 studenti/ak. rok).
Studenti si hradí své vlastní výdaje, včetně cestovních nákladů, nákladů na ubytování a poplatků za zdravotní péči.

Interní deadline pro předání požadovaných dokumentů k nominaci na studijní/výzkumný pobyt v LS 2025/2026 počínaje 1. dubnem 2026 je nastaven na 23. října 2025 (ovzs na matfyz.cuni.cz<mailto:ovzs na matfyz.cuni.cz>).

Dear all,
Let us inform you about two offers we have received from our partner university - Graduate School of Science and Technology (GSST), Kumamoto University, Japan:

·       Short-Term Exchange Program. The program is intended for Master and PhD students from partner universities. Duration of the program: max. 1 year. See the attachment for more details.

Students are exempt from paying any entrance examination fees, admission fees, or tuition fees of the host university, provided that they maintain regular student status at the home university (max 3 students/academic year).

Students are responsible for their own expenses, including travel expenses, accommodation costs, and health care fees.

Internal deadline for submitting the required documents to be nominated for a study/research stay in the summer semester 2025/2026, starting on April 1, 2025, is set on October 23, 2025 (ovzs na matfyz.cuni.cz<mailto:ovzs na matfyz.cuni.cz>).
