Vážené kolegyně,

Vážení kolegové,


v rámci aliance 4EU+ (zahrnující Univerzitu Karlovu a dále univerzity Heidelberg, Paříž-Sorbonna, Miláno, Kodaň, Varšava a nově Ženeva) byly vyhlášeny nové výzvy pro žádosti o minigranty a studentské minigranty na podporu projektů 4EU+ v roce 2023.

Deadline pro podávání žádostí pro oba typy minigrantů je 6. 1. 2023.



Akademické minigranty:

Akademičtí pracovníci rozvíjející spolupráci s kolegy na partnerských institucích 4EU+ mohou žádat o podporu v maximální výši 300 000 Kč určenou na rozvíjení výzkumných projektů a iniciativ v oblasti research-based education (příprava projektového návrhu, organizace konference/workshopu, cestovní náklady na setkávání týmu, podpora výměny doktorandů či postdoků, krátkodobých stáží, administrativní výpomoc apod.). Podporované aktivity musí směřovat k podání žádosti o externí financování a zajištění dlouhodobé udržitelnosti spolupráce. Projekty musí být v souladu s Mission Statement Aliance 4EU+ a oborově či tematicky odpovídat jedné ze 4 vybraných tematických oblastí (tzv. Flagships) Aliance 4EU+: Urban Health and Demographic Change; Europeanness: multilingualism, pluralities, citizenship; Digitisation - Modelling - Transformation; Environmental transitions.



Studentské minigranty:

Univerzita Karlova podpoří až 10 studentských projektů v max. výši financování na projekt 150 000 Kč v rámci podpory týmů studentů z nejméně 3 univerzit 4EU+. Projekty mohou být zaměřené na iniciaci mezinárodní vědecké spolupráce, organizaci společných vzdělávacích aktivit (workshopy, kurzy tzv. soft skills apod.), socio-kulturní spolupráci nebo 3. roli univerzit  (aktivní účast v sociálním diskurzu a hledání řešení pro aktuální globální ekonomické, sociální a environmentální problémy).

Dear colleagues,



new calls for applications for mini-grants and student mini-grants to support 4EU+ European Universities alliance projects in 2023 have been announced within the framework of the 4EU+ alliance (formed out of Charles University and the universities of Heidelberg, Paris-Sorbonne, Milan, Copenhagen, Warsaw and, newly, Geneva).

The deadline for submitting applications for both types of mini-grants is January 6, 2023.



Academic mini-grants:​

Academic staff developing cooperation with colleagues at 4EU+ partner institutions can apply for support in the maximum amount of CZK 300,000 intended for the development of research projects and initiatives in the field of research-based education (preparation of a project proposal, organization of a conference/workshop, travel costs for team meetings, support of exchange of doctoral students or postdocs, short-term internships, administrative assistance, etc.). Supported activities should lead to applications for external funding and ensure the long-term sustainability of cooperation. Projects must be in accordance with the Mission Statement of the 4EU+ Alliance and correspond to one of the 4 selected thematic areas (so-called Flagships) of the 4EU+ Alliance: Urban Health and Demographic Change; Europeanness: multilingualism, plurality, citizenship; Digitization - Modeling - Transformation; Environment transitions.



Student mini-grants:

Charles University will support up to 10 student projects with a maximum funding amount of CZK 150,000 per project as part of the support of student teams from at least 3 of the 4EU+ universities. Projects can be focused on international scientific cooperation initiatives, organization of joint educational activities (workshops, soft skills courses, etc.), socio-cultural cooperation or the 3rd role of universities (active participation in social discourse and the search for solutions for current global economic, social and environmental problems).
