"The Silicon Valley Internship Programs (SVIP) aims to teach new graduates
about entrepreneurship over a one year paid internship under a J1 visa.

Successful candidates will work full-time with the engineering teams of
sponsoring companies and develop their entrepreneurial skills through a
structured program of hackathons and events run by SVIP to help them
develop their ideas into companies by the end of the year.  At the end of
the programme, the students will return to their home countries hopefully
bringing back a little of the entrepreneurial ‘secret sauce’ from Silicon
Valley.

The graduates will be paid $60,000 as a salary for the year and the SVIP
team will organize the processing of visas, flights, first month’s
accommodation and associated logistics.

The SVIP is open to EU, EEA and Swiss Citizens graduating from UK
Universities"
