Nabídka měsíčních stipendijních pobytů pro doktorandy a post-doktorandy na Univesitat Wien v roce 2022/One month´s scholarships for PhD students and postdocs for stays at the University of Vienna in 2022

Vážení,

dovolujeme si Vám předat nabídku *měsíčních výzkumných stipendijních 
pobytů* v rámci přímé meziuniverzitní spolupráce pro *doktorandy a 
post-doktorandy na Universitat Wien v roce 2022 *(polovina dubna, po 
Velikonocích - prosinec 2022). Vídeňská universita nabízí celkem 4 
jednoměsíční stipendia  pro mladé vědce z celé UK.
*Výše stipendia činí 1.000,- Eur*. Ubytování si vybraní uchazeči 
zajišťují sami.
Detailnější informace naleznete níže a v příloze.
*Interní termín* pro odevzdání všech požadovaných dokumentů je na *OVZS* 
nastaven na *13. ledna 2022*.

Zájemci si musí předem dojednat svůj výzkumný pobyt s akademikem z 
Vídeňské univerzity (http://www.univie.ac.at/organisation). Uchazeč se 
akademikovi představí a přiloží stručný životopis a popis plánovaného 
výzkumného pobytu. Uvede, že pokud bude Univerzitou Karlovou nominován, 
obdrží od Vídeňské univerzity měsíční stipendium. Zájemce si rovněž 
předem dojedná termín případného pobytu. Vědecký partner vystaví příslib 
přijetí (acceptance letter of a supervisor), který zájemce předloží 
společně s následujícími dokumenty v anglickém jazyce:
- Application form (viz příloha)
- Strukturovaný životopis
- Seznam publikací
- Stručná bibliografie vztahující se k výzkumnému tématu
- Podrobný popis výzkumného pobytu a jeho cíle
- Doporučující dopis z UK a studijní průměr z předešlého studia
- Předběžný příslib přijetí od vídeňského pedagoga (acceptance letter of 
a supervisor)

Dear PhD students and postdocs,

let us inform you about an offer of *one-month **scholaships* for *PhD 
students and postdocs for research stays* within the framework of 
inter-university cooperation with the *University of Vienna in 2022* 
(April, after Easter - December 2022). The University of Vienna offers 
Charles University 4 one-month scholarships altoghether.
*The scholarship is 1.000,- Eur*. The candidates are responsible for 
managing accomodation for the stay on their own.
See the attachment and below for more details. *
All required documents* are to be handed over to the Research and 
International Affairs Department (*OVZS*) till *January 13, 2022*.

The candidates are required to agree on the details of their resarch 
stay with their respective academic partner (i.e. supervisor); you can 
also find your own academic partner on 
http://www.univie.ac.at/organisation. Each candidate is supposed to 
provide the academic partner with a brief personal introduction and 
enclose the description of the actual research stay. Moreover, each 
candidate shall inform the respective academic partner about the 
one-month scholarship claim (if applicable) and arrange the term of the 
eventual academic stay beforehand. The academic partner will 
subsequently issue the Acceptance letter of a supervisor; please note 
that this letter has to be enclosed along with the other following 
attachments (in English):
- Application form
- Standardized Curriculum Vitae
- List of publications
- Short bibliography related to the research topic
- Detailed description of the research project and its main purpose
- Recommendation letter from the CU and grade point average from the 
previous study
- Pre-acceptance letter from the University in Vienna (acceptance letter 
of an academic
supervisor)
