[OGAP-l] Program regionální spolupráce / Programme of regional cooperation INTERREG CENTRAL EUROPE

Vážené kolegyně,
Vážení kolegové,

pokud by Vás zajímala *spolupráce s regionem střední Evropy* v oblastech 
jako jsou *digitální technologie nebo energetické otázky*, doporučujeme 
Vaší pozornosti *program regionální spolupráce Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE. *

Ve své první Výzvě program adresuje tyto 4 priority:
1) *COOPERATING FOR A SMARTER CENTRAL EUROPE* - s podkapitolami mj. 
ekonomie, digitalizace, mechanizace
2) *COOPERATING FOR A GREENER CENTRAL EUROPE* - energické otázky, 
obnovitelné zdroje energií apod.
3) *COOPERATING FOR A BETTER CONNECTED CENTRAL EUROPE* - doprava
4) *IMPROVING GOVERNANCE FOR COOPERATION IN CENTRAL EUROPE* - 
digitalizace státní správy, demografická změna, podpora regionálního 
rozvoje ad.

Program sdružuje *9 středoevropských zemí*: /Rakousko (celá země), Česká 
republika (celá země), Německo (regiony Bádensko-Württembersko, 
Bavorsko, Berlín, Braniborsko, Meklenbursko-Přední Pomořansko, Sasko, 
Sasko-Anhaltsko), Maďarsko (celá země), Itálie (Emilia-Romagna, 
Furlandsko-Julské Benátsko, Ligurie, Lombardie, Piemont, autonomní 
provincie Bolzano, autonomní provincie Trento, Valle d'Aosta a 
Benátsko), Polsko (celá země), Slovenská republika (celá země), 
Slovinsko (celá země) a Chorvatsko (celá země)./

Projekt musí připravit *min. 3 partneři ze 3 různých zemí*- 2 z toho 
musí být z programových zemí Interreg a z programové země musí být také 
vedoucí instituce projektu. Financovatelná je účast také dalších 
partnerů ze zemí EU.
V této první výzvě je doporučeno mít 5-12 partnerů.

Projektové konsorcium připravuje *3leté projekty*s rozpočtem *1,5-3 
miliony EUR.*

Interreg přispívá *80% rozpočtu.*

Program je financován z Evropského fondu regionálního rozvoje a v ČR ho 
spravuje Ministerstvo pro místní rozvoj. Vedením programu je pověřeno 
město Vídeň.

*Deadline pro podání žádostí v první výzvě programu: 23. 2. 2022.

Druhá výzva programu bude vyhlášena koncem roku 2022. *Zaměřena bude na 
*menší inovativní projekty "The pioneer projects." *Priority by měly 
zůstat stejné.*

Dear colleagues,

Should you be interested in cooperation with the *region of Central 
Europe* in the fields such as *digital technologies or energy*, we would 
like to draw to your attention the *programme of the regional 
cooperation,* *Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE.*

In its first call, the programme aims to address the following 4 priorities:
1) *COOPERATING FOR A SMARTER CENTRAL EUROPE* – with subchapters e.g. 
economy, digitalisation or mechanisation
2) *COOPERATING FOR A GREENER CENTRAL EUROPE* – energy, renewable energy 
and similar
3) *COOPERATING FOR A BETTER CONNECTED CENTRAL EUROPE* - transport
4) *IMPROVING GOVERNANCE FOR COOPERATION IN CENTRAL EUROPE* – 
digitalisation of public administration, demographic change, support of 
regional development etc.

Nine EU member states* cooperate in the Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE 
Programme, including /all regions from A//ustria, Croatia, Czech 
Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia//, eight federal countries 
and one region from Germany (Baden-Württemberg, Bayern, Berlin, 
Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Sachsen, Sachsen-Anhalt, Thüringen, 
and the Braunschweig region within Niedersachsen), and nine regions from 
Italy (Emilia-Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Liguria, Lombardia, 
Piemonte, the autonomous provinces of Bolzano/Bozen and Trento, Valle 
d’Aosta, and Veneto)./

The project must be created by *min. 3 partners from 3 different 
countries* – 2 of them must be from programme countries of Interreg. 
Also the leading institution of the project must be from an Interreg 
country. Funding is available also for partners from other EU member 
states. In the first Call it is recommended to have 5-12 partners.

The project consortia prepare *3-year-long projects* with *a budget of 
1,5-3 million EUR.*

Interreg supports the project with *80% of the budget.***

The programme is financed by the European Regional Development Fund. In 
the Czech Republic it’s administrated by the Ministry of Regional 
Development. The City of Vienna leads the programme.

*Deadline to submit proposals in the first Call of the programme: 23. 2. 
2022.*

*The second Call of the programme should be launched at the end of the 
year 2022.* It will be targeted on *smaller-scale innovative projects 
(„The pioneer projects“)**.* The priorities should remain the same.
