[OGAP-l] Možnosti podpory v rámci programu Erasmus+ (projekty) / Opportunities in the frame of the Erasmus+ programme (projects)

Vážené kolegyně,
Vážení kolegové,
jakkoli je pro mnohé z Vás program Erasmus synonymem pro výměnné pobyty
studentů a akademiků na partnerských institucích Univerzity Karlovy v
zahraničí, v posledních dvou programových obdobích nabízí pod svojí
hlavičkou program Erasmus+ i další příležitosti než jen Vzdělávací
mobilitu jednotlivců (Klíčová akce 1).
V rámci*Klíčové akce 2 (Inovace a osvědčené postupy)* jde o:
*1) Partnerství pro spolupráci* (dříve *Strategická partnerství)* s
podkapitolami:
- Kooperativní partnerství
- Partnerství malého rozsahu
*2) Aliance pro inovaci *(dříve *Znalostní aliance)*
*3) Budování kapacit ve VŠ sektoru*
*4) Erasmus Mundus Design Measures* (nová aktivita)
*5) Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters* (dříve Erasmus Mundus Joint Master
Degrees)
Do klíčových akcí nezařazené jsou dále *Jean Monnet* (MFF se netýká - je
zaměřen na výuku Evropských studií), program *Sport* (který může využít
KTV) nebo *Evropské univerzity* (kde bude o podporu, tj. prodloužení
aliance 4 EU+, centrálně žádat RUK).
O podporu v KA1 (mobilita jednotlivců) žádá centrálně RUK, na MFF spadá
pod Studijní oddělení /(studentské mobility v rámci EU, EHP a
kandidátských zemí do EU)/ a OVZS /(zaměstnanecké mobility v rámci EU,
EHP a kandidátských zemí do EU)/. OVZS rovněž zabezpečuje Mezinárodní
kreditovou mobilitu Erasmus+ /(mobility mimo výše uvedené země a
projektové žádosti o ně)./

O ostatní aktivity Erasmus+ můžete žádat přímo - s podmínkou včasného
informování OGAP (vždy cca. 10-14 dní před deadlinem žádosti) za účelem
zabezpečení Čestného prohlášení rektora UK.*_

V případě *Partnerství pro spolupráci* se jedná o *společné projekty se
zahraničními partnery v rámci Evropy cílené na sdílení a rozvíjení
inovativních postupů, vzájemné učení a výměnu zkušeností.*

Budování kapacit ve VŠ sektoru* je *spoluprací se třetími zeměmi - za

Dear colleagues,
as much as the Erasmus programme is for many of you a synonym for the
exchange stays of students and academicians in the partner institutions
of Charles University abroad, in the last two programme periods it has
offered also co-operation and funding possibilities beyond the classical
Learning Mobility of Individuals (Key Action 1).
In the frame of *Key action 2 (Co-operation among organisations and
institutions) *these are:
*1) **Partnerships for Co-operation* (formerly*Strategic
Partnerships**)* with 2 subchapters:
- Co-operation Partnerships
- Small-scale Partnerships
*2) Alliances for Innovation* (earlier*Knowledge Alliancies)*
*3) Capacity Building (Higher Education) *
*4) Erasmus Mundus Design Measures *(new activity)
*5) Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters* (formerly Erasmus Mundus Joint Master
Degrees)
Aside of these programmes there are additional ones, not belonging to
one of the Key Actions – e.g. *Jean Monnet*(not open for the Faculty of
Mathematics and Physics – it’s targeted on teaching of European
Studies), programme *Sport*(which can be used by the Sport Department of
the faculty) or *European Universities*(here the Rectorate will request
for support centrally – aiming on prolongation of the funding of the 4
EU+ university alliance).
The request for funding in the frame of the Key Action 1 (Mobility of
Individuals) is submitted centrally by the Rectorate of CU. At the
Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, KA1 is administrated by the Student
Affairs Department /(student mobility between EU, EFTA and candidate
countries to EU)/ and Research and International Affairs Department
(OVZS; /staff //mobility between EU, EFTA and candidate countries to
EU). /OVZS is also responsible for the International Credit Mobility of
Erasmus+ /(mobilities to and from other countries than those listed
above and project requests for them)./

You may apply for the other Erasmus+ programmes directly – under the
condition of informing the Department of Grants and Projects (OGAP)
timely (always ca. 10-14 days before the deadline of theparticular
call). This is necessary for us to be able to secure the Declaration of
Honour of the Rector of CU for you._*

*Capacity-building projects*in the field of *higher education* are
transnational co-operation projects, primarily between higher education
institutions from EU Member states or countries associated to the
Erasmus Programme (EFTA and candidate countries to the EU) and third
countries not associated to the Programme. The aim is to *support
eligible third countries to modernise, internationalise and increase
access to their higher education systems.*
