Kumamoto University - Short-Term Exchange Students in Fall Semester 2026

Vážení,
dovolujeme si Vás informovat o nabídce, která nám byla zaslána z naší partnerské univerzity – Graduate School of Science and Technology (GSST), Kumamoto University, Japonsko: Short-Term Exchange Program.
Program je určen magisterským studentům a doktorandům z partnerských univerzit. Délka pobytu je max. 1 rok. Podrobnější informace naleznete v přílohách.
Na hostitelské instituci jsou studenti osvobozeni od poplatků za přijímací zkoušky a přijetí i od školného, za předpokladu, že si zachovají status řádného studenta na domovské univerzitě. Ostatní náklady, včetně cestovních výdajů, ubytování a poplatků za zdravotní péči si studenti hradí sami.

Interní deadline pro předání požadovaných dokumentů k nominaci na studijní/výzkumný pobyt v ZS 2026/2027 počínaje 1. říjnem 2026 je nastaven na 29. dubna 2026 (ovzs na matfyz.cuni.cz<mailto:ovzs na matfyz.cuni.cz>).
Pokud nebudete schopni do stanovené interní uzávěrky získat zdravotní osvědčení (Certificate of Health), informujte prosím OVZS e‑mailem o předpokládaném datu vydání osvědčení.

Dear all,
Let us inform you about two offers we have received from our partner university - Graduate School of Science and Technology (GSST), Kumamoto University, Japan: Short-Term Exchange Program.
The program is intended for Master and PhD students from partner universities. Duration of the program: max. 1 year. See the attachments for more details.
Students are exempt from paying any entrance examination fees, admission fees, or tuition fees of the host university, provided that they maintain regular student status at the home university. Students are responsible for their own expenses, including travel expenses, accommodation costs, and health care fees.

Internal deadline for submitting the required documents to be nominated for a study/research stay in the summer semester 2026/2027, starting on October 1, 2026, is set on April 29, 2026 (ovzs na matfyz.cuni.cz<mailto:ovzs na matfyz.cuni.cz>).
If you cannot obtain Certificate of Health by the deadline, please notify OVZS of the expected date of issuance of the certificate.
