Několik rektorátních nabídek/Some Rectorate offers

Vážení,
dovolujeme si Vás upozornit na několik nabídek, které jsme obdrželi ze strany RUKu:

  *   University of Sussex v rámci svého letního výzkumného programu (International Junior Research Associate Scheme) nabízí 1 místo pro studenta UK.
Účastníci budou pracovat na osmitýdenním výzkumném projektu (29. června – 21. srpna 2026). Program, který připravila Faculty of Science, Engineering and Medicine - Department of Engineering and Design je otevřen studentům druhého a třetího ročníku bakalářského stupně. Finanční dotace bude poskytnuta na školné, ubytování a cestovní náklady. Požaduje se znalost anglického jazyka na dobré úrovni. Zájemci nechť zašlou níže uvedené dokumenty na OVZS (ovzs na matfyz.cuni.cz<mailto:ovzs na matfyz.cuni.cz>) do 6. března 2026:

     *   životopis v angličtině
     *   motivační dopis v angličtině, ve kterém se studenti budou věnovat projektu, důvodům, proč se o program zajímají, příslušným dovednostem a zkušenostem a budoucím profesním zájmům;
o   výpis studijních výsledků.
·        dodatečná nabídka stipendijního pobytu na partnerské univerzitě Universität Basel ve Švýcarsku v akademickém roce 2026/2027 v rámci přímé meziuniverzitní spolupráce. Jedná se o jedno semestrální stipendium pro studenta bakalářského nebo magisterského studia – 1500 CHF měsíčně (LS 2026/2027). do online Web aplikace UK.
Přihlašování studentů probíhá přes online aplikaci v rámci Webových aplikací UK (https://is.cuni.cz/webapps/), manuál naleznete zde: https://cuni.cz/UK-3903.html. Student musí podat přihlášku a nahrát všechny požadované dokumenty níže:
o   strukturovaný životopis v němčině nebo angličtině
o   motivační dopis v němčině nebo angličtině
o   studijní plán (ke stažení zde<https://cuni.cz/UK-3904.html#8>)
o   potvrzení o stupni znalosti němčiny nebo angličtiny (certifikát o složení jazykové zkoušky nebo potvrzení z Katedry jazykové přípravy) - min. úroveň B2
o   výpis studijních výsledků za celé studium na UK, studijní průměr
o   souhlas se zpracováním osobních údajů (ke stažení zde<https://cuni.cz/UK-3904.html>)
Uzávěrka přihlášek je nastavena na 17. března 2026.

  *   aktivita uskupení CENTRAL, jež sdružuje 5 univerzit (UK, Humboldtova univerzita, Vídeňská univerzita, Varšavská univerzita a Univerzita Loránda Eötvöse) - CENTRAL Leadership Program v termínu od 30. srpna do 20. září 2026.
Program je určen magisterským studentům a doktorandům se zájmem o politiku, historii a kulturu a nabízí poutavou cestu po pěti regionech. V rámci této jedinečné iniciativy se 30 studentů z pěti univerzit CENTRALu a z ukrajinské Univerzity Ivana Franka ve Lvově, Ukrajinské katolické university a maďarské Andrássyho univerzity v Budapešti vydá do Budapešti, Vídně, Prahy, Berlína a Varšavy a bude jim poskytnuta komplexní podpora pokrývající většinu nákladů.

Let us inform you about several offers we have received from the Rectorate:
·        The University of Sussex is organizing a Summer Research Programme (International Junior Research Associate Scheme) and is offering one place for a student of Charles University.
Participants will work on an eight‑week research project (29 June – 21 August 2026). The programme, prepared by the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Medicine – Department of Engineering and Design, is open to second- and third‑year Bachelor students. Funding will be provided to cover tuition fees, accommodation, and travel costs. Applicants must have a good level of English. o   CV in English
o   Motivation letter in English, addressing the chosen project, reasons for interest in the programme, relevant skills and experience, and future professional aspirations
o   Transcript of records
·        Additional offer of a scholarship stay at the partner university Universität Basel in Switzerland in the academic year 2026/2027 within the framework of direct inter‑university cooperation. The offer consists of one semester‑long scholarship for Bachelor's or Master's students – 1,500 CHF per month (spring semester 2026/2027).
Students are required to submit their online application (Application manual<https://cuni.cz/UKEN-2463.html>) and upload all required documents (see below) via the Charles University online application portal<https://is.cuni.cz/webapps/>:
o   CV in German or English
o   Motivation letter in German or English
o   Study plan (use the form<https://cuni.cz/UKEN-2387.html>)
o   Confirmation of German or English language proficiency – min. level B2 (language exam certificate or confirmation from the Dept. of Language Education)
o   Transcript of records for the entire studies at the CU, including the grade point average

The application deadline is set for March 17, 2026.
·        Activity of the CENTRAL Network encompassing 5 universities (Charles University, Humboldt Universität zu Berlin, Universität Wien, University of Warsaw, and Eötvös Loránd University) - CENTRAL Leadership Program from August 30 till September 20, 2026.
The program is intended for Master's and PhD students interested in politics, history, and culture, offering an immersive journey through five regions. As a part of this unique initiative, 30 students from CENTRAL's universities, as well as Ukrainian Ivan Franko University Lviv and Hungarian Andrássy University Budapest, will have a chance to explore Warsaw, Berlin, Prague, Vienna, and Budapest, with comprehensive support covering most of the costs.
Charles University is looking for five suitable candidates to take part in the program. More information and the application form can be found here<https://central-network.eu/CN-41.html>.
The application deadline is set for March 31, 2026.
