Vážené kolegyně,
Vážení kolegové,

v rámci aliance 4EU+ (zahrnující Univerzitu Karlovu a dále univerzity Heidelberg, Paříž-Sorbonna, Miláno, Kodaň, Varšava a nově Ženeva a Paříž-Panthéon-Assas) byla vyhlášena nová výzva pro žádosti o studentské minigranty na podporu projektů 4EU+ v roce 2024.

Deadline pro podávání žádostí je 29. 2. 2024.

Univerzita Karlova podpoří až 10 studentských projektů v max. výši financování na projekt 150 000 Kč v rámci podpory týmů studentů z nejméně 3 univerzit 4EU+ (pokud by projekt zahrnoval jen 2 4EU+ univerzity, musí mít v plánu navázání spolupráce se třetí 4EU+ univerzitou). Projekty mohou být zaměřené na iniciaci mezinárodní vědecké spolupráce, organizaci společných vzdělávacích aktivit (workshopy, semináře, studentské konference, kurzy tzv. soft skills apod.), socio-kulturní spolupráci nebo 3. roli univerzit (aktivní účast v sociálním diskurzu a hledání řešení pro aktuální globální ekonomické, sociální a environmentální problémy).

Klíčovými tematickými oblastmi pro tento ročník jsou umělá inteligence a udržitelnost, ale výzva není omezena jen na tato témata. Inovativní nápady jsou vítány ve všech oblastech týkajících se současných globálních výzev.

Dear colleagues,

A new call for applications for student mini-grants to support 4EU+ European Universities alliance projects in 2024 has been announced within the framework of the 4EU+ alliance (formed out of Charles University, Heidelberg Universität, Paris-Panthéon-Assas Université, Sorbonne Université, Københavns Universitet, Université de Genève, Università degli Studi di Milano and Uniwersytet Warszawski).

The deadline for submitting applications is February 29, 2024.

Charles University will support up to 10 student projects with a maximum funding of CZK 150,000 per project as part of the support of student teams from at least 3 of the 4EU+ universities (if the project should include only 2 4EU+ universities, it has to include a plan to initiate cooperation with a third 4EU+ university). Projects can be focused on international scientific cooperation initiatives, organization of joint educational activities (workshops, seminars, student conferences, soft skills courses, etc.), socio-cultural cooperation or the 3rd role of universities (active participation in social discourse and the search for solutions for current global economic, social and environmental problems).

This year‘s call encourages applications that explore innovative approaches to AI and sustainable development practices, aiming to address current and future societal needs and challenges. However, the scope of the call is not limited to these themes alone. Applications focusing on other relevant topics are also welcome, inviting a diverse range of ideas and approaches from students of all academic fields.
