Call for Applications for Exchange Study Stays in the Summer Semester 2021/2022

Dear students,

let us inform you that the International Relations Office of the Charles 
University Rectorate announces a Call for Applications for Exchange 
Study Stays in the Summer Semester 2021/2022 within the framework of 
inter-university agreements (česká verze textu byla vyvěšena dne 22.4.).
The online application will be open till May 10, 2021 - see the manual 
in the attachment for more details. Final selection of candidates by the 
Vice-Rector for Foreign Affairs and Mobility will take place in June 
2021. See bellow the list of partner universities you can apply for.

Interested applicants should submit the following documents via online 
application:
 CV (including updated contact details: e-mail, phone number)
 Letter of purpose
 Study plan (use the form in the attachment))
 Recommendation letter by a CU faculty member
 Transcript of records
 Complete study average
 Certificate/confirmation of English language proficiency
 Invitation letter by a receiving faculty member (applies to Ph.D. 
applicants only)

A letter of purspose and CV is required to be in French language for 
Université de Montréal. Given the current pandemic situation and 
relating changes and deferments of already planned study stays, students 
have the possibility to select one university as an alternative to the 
university of their first choice.
