Vážené kolegyně, vážení kolegové,
rádi bychom Vás upozornili na výzvy programu Horizon Europe – Klastr 3: Civilní bezpečnost pro společnost<https://ec.europa.eu/info/funding-tenders/opportunities/docs/2021-2027/horizon/wp-call/2026-2027/wp-6-civil-security-for-society_horizon-2026-2027_en.pdf>, které se otevřou v roce 2026. Klastr je zaměřen na bezpečnostní výzkum s přímým společenským dopadem a podporuje projekty v oblasti boje proti kriminalitě, krizového řízení, ochrany infrastruktury, hranic a kybernetické bezpečnosti.

🔹 Rozpočet na jednotlivé projekty

  *   Typická výše podpory na jeden projekt se (dle tématu) pohybuje přibližně:
     *   3–6 mil. EUR u většiny Research and Innovation Actions (RIA),
     *   5–10+ mil. EUR u větších Innovation Actions (IA) nebo systémových témat.
  *   Míra financování:
     *   RIA: až 100 % způsobilých nákladů (+ 25 % paušální režie),
     *   IA: obvykle 70 % (u neziskových subjektů až 100 %).
👉 Přesná výše rozpočtu, typ akce (RIA / IA / CSA) a očekávaný počet projektů jsou vždy uvedeny u konkrétního tématu ve Funding & Tenders Portalu.


  *
Některá témata mají omezení účasti (Article 22) – pouze EU / asociované státy.
  *
Hodnocení klade silný důraz na praktický dopad, zapojení uživatelů a implementaci výsledků.
