Vážené kolegyně, vážení kolegové,
rádi bychom Vás upozornili na jednokolové výzvy programu Horizont Evropa – Klastr zdraví (Cluster Health), které se otevírají pro rok 2026. Jedná se o standardní výzvy řízené všeobecnými pravidly programu Horizont Evropa, určené pro mezinárodní konsorcia akademických, klinických, veřejných i aplikačních partnerů.
Návrhy projektů se podávají v jednom kole prostřednictvím Funding & Tenders Portalu Evropské komise. * Pravidla účasti: obecné podmínky programu Horizont Evropa
* Cílové subjekty: univerzity, výzkumné organizace, nemocnice, veřejné instituce, podniky, neziskový sektor
* Projekty jsou určeny pro mezinárodní konsorcia, zpravidla složená z:
* minimálně 3 nezávislých subjektů
* z alespoň 3 různých členských států EU nebo asociovaných zemí
* Typičtí účastníci:
* univerzity a výzkumné organizace,
* nemocnice a klinická pracoviště,
* veřejné instituce a státní správa,
* malé a střední podniky, start-upy,
* neziskové a pacientské organizace.
* Konkrétní velikost konsorcia se liší dle tématu (obvykle 6–15 partnerů).
🔹 Rozpočet na jednotlivé projekty
* Typická výše podpory na jeden projekt se (dle tématu) pohybuje přibližně:
* 3–6 mil. EUR u většiny Research and Innovation Actions (RIA),
* 5–10+ mil. EUR u větších Innovation Actions (IA) nebo systémových témat.
* Míra financování:
* RIA: až 100 % způsobilých nákladů (+ 25 % paušální režie),
* IA: obvykle 70 % (u neziskových subjektů až 100 %).
👉 Přesná výše rozpočtu, typ akce (RIA / IA / CSA) a očekávaný počet projektů jsou vždy uvedeny u konkrétního tématu ve Funding & Tenders Portalu.
