[OGAP-l] Hop On Facility - možnost přistoupení do běžících HE projektů / possibility to join already running HE projects

Vážení kolegové,

rádi bychom Vás upozornili na možnost využít novou výzvu Horizontu Evropa Hop On Facility.

Týká se zemí ze skupiny tzv. Widening Countries, ke kterým patří i Česká republika.

Nástroj umožňuje přistoupení jednoho dalšího partnera ze skupiny Widening zemí ke konsorciu financovanému v rámci klastrů Pilíře 2 (projekty RIA) a projektů EIC Pathfinder Pilíře 3 programu Horizont Evropa. Toto konsorcium musí mít již podepsanou grantovou dohodu. Podmínkou je, že konsorcium nesmí mít jiného partnera z Widening zemí (v rámci EU jde především o nové země EU, Portugalsko a Řecko). Návrh na přistoupení nového partnera předkládá koordinátor (po odsouhlasení celým konsorciem) doplněním aktivit i rozpočtu pro nového partnera, a to v režimu změn v popisu práce (úkoly v pracovních balíčcích). Rozpočet jednoho projektu může být navýšen o částku 0,2 - 0,6 mil. EUR, přičemž tato částka musí být přidělena novému partnerovi s výjimkou koordinačního poplatku až do výše 10 % zvýšeného rozpočtu, který si může nárokovat koordinátor. V r. 2025 má výzva uzávěrku 4. 9. 2025 a celkem by mělo být podpořeno cca. 90 projektů.

V roce 2023 byla úspěšnost žádostí 84 %.

Dear colleagues,

the Hop On Facility is a new tool of the Horizon Europe programme.

It targets so called Widening Countries, a group that includes also the Czech Republic.

The Hop On Facility makes it possible to add one more partner from a Widening Country to a consortium financed from the Horizon Europe programme, namely in the projects that were selected for financing in Clusters (Pillar 2 of HE, RIA projects) or EIC Pathfinder (Pillar 3 of HE). The consortium must have already a signed Grant Agreement. The main condition is that the consortium does not yet have a partner from a Widening Country (in the EU these are mainly the new EU countries, Portugal and Greece). The proposal to add a new partner is submitted by the coordinator of the project (after the agreement of the whole consortium). It is done by the addition of the activities and budget of the new partner by adjusting the description of work tasks (in the work packages). The budget of a project may be increased by 0,2 - 0,6 mil. EUR. This sum must be allocated to the new partner, with the exception of coordination fee of up to 10 % of the increased budget, which may be claimed by the coordinator. In 2025 the deadline to submit the proposals is September 4, 2025. About 90 projects will receive the financial support of the European Commission.

In 2023, the application success rate was 84 %.
