Technologické centrum Praha pořádá ve dnech 3. - 4. června 2025 online seminář pro zájemce o podání grantové žádosti v letošní výzvě MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships s termínem podání žádosti do 10. 9. 2025.
The Technology Centre Prague is organizing an online seminar on June 3-4, 2025 for those interested in submitting a grant application in this year's MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships call with the application deadline on September 10, 2025.

První den webináře (3. 6. 2025) je informační a otevřený všem, stačí si udělat online registraci.
The first day of the webinar (June 3, 2025) is informational and open to everyone, just register online.

Druhý den webináře (4. 6. 2025) je zaměřený na psaní projektových žádostí a pro účast je třeba vedle online registrace také abstrakt projektu, životopis a prohlášení o mlčenlivosti.
Pozor na brzký deadline přihlášek na tuto část semináře: 26. 5. 2025!
The second day of the webinar (June 4, 2025) is focused on writing project applications and in addition to online registration, the application requires project abstract, CV and confidentiality statement.

The Technology Centre Prague is pleased to invite you to the annual on-line seminar for applicants on "How to write a competitive proposal for the MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships grant call."
The event will be held on 3-4 June 2025.
The on-line seminar shall equip you with practical knowledge on how to tackle requirements on this type of project.
The event is open to researchers who are currently preparing a MSCA PF proposal to be submitted to the 2025 call with the deadline on 10 September 2025.
The workshop will be held in English.

AGENDA:
The seminar will comprise of two parts:

  1.  An information session on 3 June 2025 in the morning will provide a general introduction into the topic, including an overview of the rules for participation as well as award criteria and the evaluation process as such. It is open to anyone interested in the scheme, including project support officers and supervisors.
  2.  On 4 June 2025 in the morning a training session where the participants will work with an actual project proposal will follow.
Please find an indicative programme of the event attached.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE INFOSESSION (3 June 2025):
If you wish to participate only in the infosession on 3 June 2025, you do not need to submit any supporting materials specified below.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE TRAINING SESSION (4 June 2025):
In order to participate, you must be either currently based in the Czech Republic (and preparing for a fellowship abroad) or planning to undertake your fellowship in the Czech Republic as an incoming researcher. This precondition will be checked based on your answers provided in the registration form.
Confirm your participation online until 26 May 2025 (23:59), using the link below.
Beside the online registration, you are requested to send the following documents (in the Word format) to javurkova na tc.cz<mailto:javurkova na tc.cz> by the same deadline:

  *   your CV (5 pages);
  *   abstract of the proposed project (max. 2000 characters);
  *   scan of your Declaration on Confidentiality and Non-disclosure - This shall ensure that the information about the proposals of others, which might feature during the event, is treated accordingly.
These preliminary parts of your proposal will be used to provide general feedback by an evaluator, pointing out the most common weaknesses to help you better understand the expectations of experts. Individual feedback to each applicant cannot be provided due to capacity reasons.
Importantly, for the purposes of this workshop, please anonymise the materials provided to us. This precondition will allow participation of evaluators in the workshop. Anonymisation means that from your abstract and the CV, the following information should not be detectable: your name, name of your supervisor, name of your host institution and the name and acronym of your proposal.
Only those who have completed the registration form and sent the requested documents will be accepted to join the workshop.
The link will be sent to registered participants one day before the event at the latest.
