[OGAP-l] Výzva COST 2025 / COST call 2025 (deadline: 21. 10. 2025) + 21. 5. 2025 info seminář RUK / info seminar of the Rectorate of CU

Vážení kolegové,

byla otevřena možnost přihlášek do letošní výzvy COST.


Granty COST jsou networkingové granty zaměřené především na mladé vědce (do 40 let věku), kterých by do konsorcií měla být zapojena cca. polovina. Kromě podání žádosti o vlastní akci COST je možné se průběžně zapojovat do již běžících akcí COST.



Aktuálně otevřená výzva pro podávání žádostí o nové granty COST má uzávěrku 21. 10. 2025 ve 12:00 (poledne) a více informací k ní najdete zde:

Akce COST otevřené pro zapojení se dalších účastníků jsou k dispozici zde:

Zde si můžete také u jednotlivých běžících akcí prohlédnout jejich Action Description (součást Memorandum of Understanding), což je z větší části text přihlášky do soutěže COST (Technical Annex, od str. 3 MoU).
U přihlášky samotné nezapomeňte na anonymizaci!!!
Pokud jste žádost COST v minulosti již podávali, upozorňujeme také na nový formát Technického Annexu.

Pokud máte na akci COST nápad, ale nemáte dostatečně široké konsorcium, můžete využít možnosti inzerce projektových záměrů na portálu Crowdhelix, https://crowdhelix.com/.
Pokud do portálu Crowdhelix zatím nemáte přístup, rádi Vám ho vytvoříme.

Zkušenosti s běžící akcí COST a českým financováním z prostředků INTER-COST v rámci UK a především MFF budou sdíleny v rámci hybridního semináře COST Rektorátu UK dne 21. 5. 2025 (9:00 - 11:00).
Registrace probíhá přes Vzdělávací portál UK<https://vzdelavani.is.cuni.cz/simplifyworks/cs/eoc/public/programs/2375732157-horizont-evropa-cost>. Program semináře vkládám na konec této zprávy (pod anglickou část textu).

Dear colleagues,

The registration for this year's COST call has been opened.

COST grants are networking grants targeted primary on young scientists (up until 40 years of age) - the consorcia need to include ca. 50% of them. Aside of submitting your own COST Action proposal, it's possible to join also an already existing COST Action.

Current call for new COST grant applications has deadline on October 21, 2025 at 12:00 (noon) and you can find more information on it here:

List of the running COST Actions open for joining of new participants is available here:

Here you can also see the Action Description (part of the Memorandum of Understanding) for each running Action, which is largely the text of the COST application (Technical Annex, from page 3 of the MoU).
Do not forget to anonymise the application!!!
If you have submitted a COST application in the past, please also note the new format of the Technical Annex.

If you have an idea for a COST Action but do not have a broad enough consortium, you can use the opportunity to advertise your project idea on the Crowdhelix Portal, https://crowdhelix.com/.

Experiences with the ongoing COST Action and the Czech INTER-COST funding at Charles University and in particular the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics will be shared during the COST hybrid seminar at the Rectorate of Charles University on 21 May 2025 (9:00 - 11:00). Registration for the event is possible via the CU Education Portal<https://vzdelavani.is.cuni.cz/simplifyworks/cs/eoc/public/programs/2375732157-horizont-evropa-cost>. The programme of the seminar is inserted at the end of this message.
