[OGAP-l] MSCA Doctoral Networks + MSCA Staff Exchanges

rádi bychom Vám připomněli, že do října, resp. listopadu 2025 jsou otevřeny výzvy MSCA Staff Exchanges (MSCA SE) a MSCA Doctoral Networks (MSCA DN).

Popis obou schémat naleznete níže (pod anglickým textem).

Pokud by Vás zaujaly a zatím jste neměli konsorcium, se kterým byste se chtěli o některou z těchto výzev ucházet, je možné inzerovat zájem na portálech Crowdhelix (přístup Vám poskytne Ivana Herglová z OGAP) nebo obnovené MSCA Matchmaking Platform (Home | The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Matchmaking Platform<https://www.b2match.com/e/radiance-msca>), kde si každý může vytvořit svůj účet sám.

We would like to remind you that the MSCA Staff Exchanges (MSCA SE) and MSCA Doctoral Networks (MSCA DN) calls are open until October and November 2025, respectively.

A description of both schemes can be found below.

If you are interested and do not yet have a consortium with which you would like to apply for one of these calls, you can advertise your interest on the Crowdhelix portal (access will be provided by Ivana Herglová from OGAP) or the renewed MSCA Matchmaking Platform (Home | The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Matchmaking Platform<https://www.b2match.com/e/radiance-msca>), where everyone can create their own account.

Please report any projects in preparation that you have not yet informed us about to the Department of Grants and Projects, OGAP (contact person for MSCA: Ivana Herglová).

1) MSCA Staff Exchanges - uzávěrka: 8. 10. 2025
Tento program je zaměřený na výměnu akademických a technických pracovníků zapojených do vědeckých či inovačních projektů za účelem získání a sdílení zkušeností ze zahraničního pracoviště v délce 1 měsíce až 1 roku. Zapojit se mohou jak akademická a vědecká pracoviště, tak i firmy. Projekt může být celkově až na 4 roky a žádost o něj podává konsorcium partnerů. Zapojené instituce musí být nejméně 3, min. 2 z nich z EU zemí nebo zemí asociovaných k Horizontu Evropa. Pokud jde o podporu v rámci jednoho sektoru (např. jen akademické instituce nebo jen firmy), je podmínkou, aby jeden z partnerů byl z neasociované země HE. Pokud jde pouze o spolupráci v akademickém sektoru, v EU zemích a zemích asociovaných k HE je třeba uskutečnit interdisciplinární výměnu (max. 1/3 mobilit) a mimo tyto země zbývající 2/3 mobilit, které již mohou být ve stejném oboru.

2) MSCA Doctoral Networks - uzávěrka: 25. 11. 2025
Zde se jedná o možnost vytvořit konsorcium pro přípravu Ph.D. studentů - jak s partnerskými VŠ nebo jinými výzkumnými institucemi, tak příp. podniky. Doktorská síť má nabídnout možnost dalšího vzdělávání pro skupinu cca. 10-15 doktorandů - přičemž ti by měli být ideálně hostováni rovnoměrně mezi všemi zapojenými institucemi. Každá zapojená instituce musí hostovat alespoň 1 doktoranda v rámci stáže na 3-36 měsíců. Vedle standardního programu existuje také varianta Industrial Doctorates, kde jde o školení se zapojením podniků/firem, a Joint Doctorates, kdy doktorandi směřují k zisku společného doktorského diplomu z více do projektu zapojených institucí. Program trvá typicky 4 roky, jednotlivé dílčí stáže pro doktorandy 3-36 měsíců (Joint Doctorates jsou na 5 let). Žádost o podporu podává konsorcium min. 3 institucí z min. 3 zemí programu (EU a asociované země), přičemž alespoň 1 musí být členem EU. Studenti Ph.D. se hlásí až do již existujících doktorských sítí, místa mohou hledat např. prostřednictvím portálu EURAXESS.

1) MSCA Staff Exchanges - deadline: October 8, 2025

This programme is aimed at the exchange of academic and technical staff involved in scientific or innovation projects in order to gain and share experience from a foreign workplace for a period of 1 month to 1 year. Both academic and scientific institutions, as well as companies, can participate. The project can last for a total of up to 4 years and the application is submitted by a consortium of partners. There must be at least 3 participating institutions, min. 2 of them from EU countries or countries associated with Horizon Europe. For support within one sector (e.g. only academic institutions or only companies), it is a condition that one of the partners is from a non-associated HE country. As far as cooperation in the academic sector only is concerned, interdisciplinary exchanges (max. 1/3 of the mobilities) should take place in EU countries and HE associated countries and the remaining 2/3 of the mobilities outside these countries, which may already be in the same field.

2) MSCA Doctoral Networks - deadline: November 25, 2025

This programme offers an opportunity to create a consortium for the preparation of Ph.D. students with partner universities or other research institutions as well as businesses. The Doctoral Network is intended to offer a possibility of further education for a group of approx. 10-15 Ph.D. students - these should be ideally hosted equally between all participating institutions. Each participating institution must host at least 1 Ph.D. student as part of a fellowship for 3-36 months. In addition to the standard programme, there is also the option of Industrial Doctorates, where a training with the involvement of businesses/companies is added, and Joint Doctorates, in which doctoral students aim to obtain a joint doctoral diploma from several institutions involved in the project. The programme typically lasts for 4 years, individual internships for doctoral students 3-36 months (Joint Doctorates are for 5 years). The application for support is submitted by a consortium of min. 3 institutions from min. 3 programme countries (EU and associated countries of HE), of which at least 1 must be a member of the EU. Ph.D. students apply to already existing Doctoral Networks; they can search for places available for example via the EURAXESS portal.
