Vážení kolegové,

dne 29. 4. 2025 proběhne česko-slovenský informační den k programům ERA ve výzvě 2025. Jedná se o programy sloužící ke zvyšování kapacit a předávání dobré praxe, znalostí a dovedností v oblasti tzv. wideningových zemí, tedy zemí s nižším zapojením do rámcových programů EU (Horizont 2020 a Horizont Evropa), kam patří i Česká republika.

Akce se uskuteční online v čase od 9:30 do 12:00 hod. v českém a slovenském jazyce. Na akci budou představeny výstupy předcházejících dvou výzev ERA v r. 2024, dále zkušenosti českých a slovenských subjektů v úspěšných projektech 2024 a detailně pak témata výzvy 2025, která bude otevřena v období 15. 5. 2025 - 18. 9. 2025.

Obecně do ERA patří především programy na reformy vzdělávacích politik nebo zázemí pro akademiky či studenty a postdoky (viz přehled níže, část výzev "Reforming and enhancing the EU research and innovation system"). Vypsané výzvy by tak měly být zajímavé pro ty, kteří se zabývají těmito oblastmi, a CZ-SK info den bude zaměřen především na tuto oblast.

Vedle toho je v pracovním programu WIDERA 2025 ale i část zaměřená na "Improved access to Excellence", která by měla být zajímavá i pro všechny ostatní zájemce - obecně se všichni mohou zapojit do Hop-on Facility (připojení wideningových zemí do již běžících projektů Horizont Evropa, kde dosud není wideningový partner - seznam těchto projektů je publikován a pravidelně aktualizován zde: https://ec.europa.eu/info/funding-tenders/opportunities/portal/screen/opportunities/horizon/hop-on).

Následovat bude tak také EU infoden zaměřený na celý WIDERA Work Programme 2025, kde budou podrobněji představeny i výzvy z oblasti Improved access to Excellence - vedle Hop-on facility půjde nově třeba také o EIC pre-accelerator nebo European Excellence Initiative (EEI).

Dear colleagues,

In the grey marked listing above you can see the 2 chapters of the upcoming WIDERA Call 2025 which is aimed at enhancing capacities of the widening countries, including the Czech Republic (widening countries are such countries that are underperforming in the Framework Programmes - Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe).

An online Czech-Slovak info day is organised on April 29, 2025 (9:30-12:00), on this topic and the first chapter of the WIDERA 2025 call, the ERA call: Reforming and enhancing the EU research and innovation system. This info day will be in Czech and Slovak only (more information in the Czech part of this email above).

The online EU info day in English will be held on May 20, 2025, at 10-16:15 o'clock; more information and registration: Events | The research and innovation community platform<https://research-innovation-community.ec.europa.eu/events/01QHd1MW6tFfr16XBGbMyo/overview>.

This second event will address both the ERA call: Reforming and enhancing the EU research and innovation system and WIDENING calls: Improved access to Excellence.

The calls of Improved access to Excellence will include e.g. Hop-on facility, EIC pre-accelerator or European Excellence Initiative (EEI) and are aimed on enhancing research opportunities in the wideing countries.

We recommend to your attention especially the Hop-on Facility call which enables any interested researcher from a widening country to apply for joining an already existing Horizon Europe project which does not have a partner from a widening country yet.
