dne 24. 10. 2024, 9:30-12:30, pořádají národní kontaktní body (National Contact Points, NCPs) České republiky, Litvy, Lotyšska a Polska pro MSCA online Informační den k programu MSCA Staff Exchanges 2024. Akce proběhne v anglickém jazyce.

Cílem infodne je podrobně seznámit potenciální uchazeče s požadavky na projekty MSCA Staff Exchanges. Pravidla účasti ve výzvě 2024 na akci představí zástupce Evropské komise. Své tipy, jak uspět v tomto schématu, budou na infodni sdílet zástupci příjemců ze čtyř zapojených zemí. Na konci akce je možné se zapojit do partnerské burzy (pro tu je registrace nutná nejpozději do 16. 10. 2024).

Schéma MSCA Staff Exchanges je program zaměřený na výměnu akademických a technických pracovníků zapojených do vědeckých či inovačních projektů za účelem získání a sdílení zkušeností ze zahraničního pracoviště v délce 1 měsíce až 1 roku (výjezdy mohou být vícenásobné do celkové maximální délky 1 roku). Zapojit se mohou jak akademická a vědecká pracoviště, tak i firmy. Projekt může být celkově až na 4 roky a žádost o něj podává konsorcium partnerů. Zapojené instituce musí být nejméně 3, min. 2 z nich z EU zemí nebo zemí asociovaných k Horizontu Evropa. Pokud jde o podporu v rámci jednoho sektoru (např. jen akademické instituce nebo jen firmy), je podmínkou, aby jeden z partnerů byl z neasociované země HE.

Výzva MSCA Staff Exchanges má uzávěrku 5. 2. 2025.

Dear colleagues,

on October 24, 2024, 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. the National Contact Points (NCPs) of the Czech Republic, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland organise an International Information Day on the MSCA Staff Exchanges 2024 Call. The event will take place online in English.

The intent of the Info Day is to get potential applicants acquainted with requirements of MSCA Staff Exchanges projects. The rules for participation of the 2024 call will be presented by a European Commission representative. Participants of ongoing projects from the four countries will share their tips how to succeed in this funding scheme. At the end of the Info Day, a pitching session is planned (to participate in the pitching session a registration by October 16, 2024 is required).

MSCA Staff Exchanges is a programme aimed at the exchange of academic and technical staff involved in scientific or innovation projects in order to gain and share experience from a foreign workplace for a period of 1 month to 1 year (the secondment periods can be divided into more parts - up to max. length of 12 months). Both academic and scientific institutions, as well as companies, can participate. The project can last for a total of up to 4 years and the application is submitted by a consortium of partners. There must be at least 3 participating institutions, min. 2 of them from EU countries or countries associated with Horizon Europe. For support within one sector (e.g. only academic institutions or only companies), it is a condition that one of the partners is from a non-associated HE country.

The deadline of MSCA Staff Exchanges call is February 5, 2025.
