<b>pilotní výzvy</b> nového grantového schématu „<b>MSCA Volte Evropu pro vědu“</b> <b>(“MSCA Choose Europe for Science“).</b>
<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Hlavním cílem nového nástroje je zatraktivnit Evropu pro vědce, čelit odlivu mozků a zlepšit kariérní vyhlídky výzkumníků a výzkumnic prostřednictvím dlouhodobých pracovních smluv.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Schéma je navrženo jako <b>akce s jedním příjemcem</b>, kterým se může stát výzkumná instituce, univerzita, výzkumná infrastruktura, ale i výzkumně orientovaný spin-off a jiné typy institucí
z členských států EU nebo zemí asociovaných k Horizontu Evropa. Zatímco <b>v první fázi</b> realizace projektů v délce trvání 2 nebo 3 roky bude EU poskytovat příspěvek určený na kompetitivní mzdu pro rekrutované fellows
<b>v plánované výši</b> <b>6 700 EUR měsíčně</b>, <b>ve druhé fázi</b> dlouhé další 2 roky bude <b>mzda hrazena plně rekrutující institucí</b> nebo z jiných zdrojů, které příjemce za tímto účelem obstará.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Cílovou skupinou MSCA Choose Europe for Science jsou <b>držitelé titulu Ph.D</b>. Rekrutující instituce může navrhnout
<b>školicí program</b>, který připraví rekrutované postdoky nejen na roli hlavních řešitelů a řešitelek, ale i projektových manažerů a manažerek nebo technických pracovníků a pracovnic. Stejně jako u jiných schémat MSCA musí být fellows v souladu s <b>mobilitním
pravidlem MSCA</b> <i>(<span class="elementtoproof">uchazeč nesmí působit v zemi, kam se uchází o MSCA, déle než 12 měsíců v posledních 36 měsících (3 letech) před podáním žádosti)</span></i><span class="elementtoproof">
</span>a nesmí být již na instituci trvale zaměstnaní. Hostitelské organizace budou nově posuzovány podle možností, které nabízí pro
<b>dlouhodobé zaměstnání kandidátů.</b> <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<b>MSCA Choose Europe for Science</b> grant scheme will be launched in <b>autumn 2025.</b>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">The main objective of the new instrument is to make Europe more attractive to scientists, to counter the brain drain and to improve the career prospects of researchers through long-term contracts.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">The scheme is designed as
<b>a single-beneficiary action</b>, which can be a research institution, a university, a research infrastructure, but also research-oriented spin-offs and other types of institutions from EU member states or countries associated to Horizon Europe. While in
the first phase of projects of 2 or 3 years duration, the EU will provide a competitive salary allowance for recruited fellows of
<b>a planned amount of 6,700 EUR monthly</b>, in the <b>second phase</b> of a further 2 years,
<b>the salary will be fully covered by the recruiting institution</b> or by other sources procured by the beneficiary for this purpose.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">The target group of MSCA Choose Europe for Science is
<b>Ph.D. holders</b>. The recruiting institution may design a <b>training programme</b> that prepares the recruited postdocs not only for the role of principal investigators and researchers, but also for the role of project managers and supervisors or technical
staff. As with other MSCA schemes, fellows must comply with the <b>MSCA mobility rule</b> and must not already be permanently employed at the institution. Host organisations will be newly assessed on the opportunities they offer for long-term employment of
candidates. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
