[OGAP-l] Partnerské burzy Horizontu Evropa a cestovní granty 1-2/2024 / Brokerage events of Horizon Europe and travel grants 1-2/2024

Vážení kolegové,

pokud uvažujete o zapojení se do projektů Horizontu Evropa a nemáte zatím sestavené konsorcium partnerů, je možné se zúčastnit partnerských burz k nadcházejícím výzvám HE.

Aktuálně probíhají partnerské burzy k navazování kontaktů pro projekty připravované do nových výzev Horizontu Evropa v roce 2024.

Online burzy jsou zpravidla jednodenní a účastní se jich stovky mezinárodních organizací se zájmem o spolupráci na projektech z nejrůznějších oblastí. I po jejich skončení se můžete dále registrovat a sjednávat schůzky se všemi zaregistrovanými účastníky. Některé partnerské burzy probíhají i fyzicky, případně hybridně. Na akce se bezplatně zaregistrujete, vytvoříte si profil, a poté si naplánujete prezenční či online schůzky s dalšími zaregistrovanými účastníky. Svoji šanci být osloveni ostatními účastníky zvýšíte podrobným vyplněním Vašeho profilu.

Burzy obvykle nabízejí i možnost prezentovat svůj záměr či nápad do vybrané výzvy. Jedná se o tzv. Pitch sessions. Během 3-5 minut se tak můžete živě představit potenciálním partnerům a koordinátorům.

Nově je možné získat pro účast na partnerských burzách cestovní grant prostřednictvím Technologického centra Praha (viz níže).

V letošním akademickém roce je nabízeno prostřednictvím Technologického centra Praha 80 cestovních grantů (na pokrytí cestovného a ubytování do výše max. 1 000 EUR) pro fyzickou účast na partnerských burzách.

Dear colleagues,



if you are thinking about applying for Horizon Europe project/s but you do not yet have a consortium of partners, it is possible to participate in partner brokerage events for upcoming HE calls.



In January and February 2024, several partner brokerage events are held to establish contacts for projects being prepared for the new calls of Horizon Europe in 2024.



Online brokerage events are usually one-day long and are attended by hundreds of international organizations interested in collaborating on projects from various fields. Even after their end, you can continue to register and hold meetings with all registered participants.

Some partner exchanges also take place in person or in a hybrid way.



You can register for these events free-of-charge, create a profile, then schedule online or in person meetings with other registered attendees. You can be approached by other participants in your field of interest by filling out your profile in detail. The platforms usually also offer the opportunity to present your intention or idea in selected calls. These are so-called pitch sessions. In 3-5 minutes you can introduce yourself live to potential partners and coordinators.

Newly, it is possible to obtain a travel grant for participation in partner brokerage events through the Technology Centre Prague (details below).

Technology Centre Prague offers 80 travel grants this year (to cover travel and accommodation costs up to a maximum of EUR 1,000) for physical participation in brokerage events.
