[OGAP-l] 4 EU+ - mobility (vzdělávání a výzkum) + studentské minigranty / mobilities (education and research) + student minigrants

Vážení kolegové,

v rámci univerzitní aliance 4 EU+ je možné až do poloviny září 2022 realizovat mobility za účelem navázání kontaktů a rozvíjení spolupráce ve vzdělávání a výzkumu.

Náplní těchto cest může být:

  *   Prohlubování spolupráce a příprava vědeckého či vzdělávacího projektu
  *   Účast na workshopech a seminářích pořádaných partnerskými univerzitami (Univerzita Heidelberg, Sorbonna, Kodaň, Miláno a Varšava)

Podmínky výjezdu:

  *   Efektivní využití finančních zdrojů (cestování ekonomickou/2. třídou)
  *   Délka výjezdu: zpravidla 1-2 pracovní dny

Aliance 4 EU+ nabízí dále možnosti e-learningu – aktuálně jde o kurzy European Citizenship a Data Literacy. Pro studenty i zaměstnance UK jsou nabízeny zdarma na platformě Coursera: https://ezdroje.cuni.cz/prehled/zdroj.php?lang=cs&id=910.

Rovněž byla vypsána výzva, jejímž cílem je podpořit studentské iniciativy a umožnit navázání kontaktů mezi 4EU+ studenty. Studenti UK mohou vytvořit tým s aliančními partnery a požádat o tzv. 4EU+ studentské minigranty. Projekty mohou být společensko-kulturního rázu a reagovat na současné výzvy související s válkou na Ukrajině, není to však podmínkou. Podpořeny mohou být také projekty iniciující vědeckou spolupráci mezi doktorandy či takové, které mají za cíl uspořádání studentské konference, soft skill kurzu či jiné vzdělávací aktivity. Celkem bude na UK podpořeno 10 projektů.

V rámci stručné projektové žádosti studenti uvádí také kontaktní osobu na fakultě (v případě MFF Ivana Herglová), která projekt zaštítí po administrativní stránce. S touto osobou se v případě, že projekt bude podpořen, Evropské centrum spojí a dohodne na vhodném postupu financování projektu dle jeho formátu (ve většině případů půjde o formu zpětné refundace nákladů fakultě).

Deadline pro podání této žádosti je 15. května 2022. Pokud by někdo ze studentů měl o podání projektu zájem, ale neměl potřebné kontakty na partnerských VŠ aliance 4 EU+, prosím, kontaktujte obratem Ivanu Herglovou na emailu herglova na dekanat.mff.cuni.cz<mailto:herglova na dekanat.mff.cuni.cz>.

Dear colleagues,

in the frame of the university alliance 4EU+, you can apply for funding of mobilities to establish contacts and develop cooperation in education and research. The mobilities can take place up until middle of September 2022.

The mobility can have one of the following purposes:

  *   Deepening cooperation and preparation of a research or educational project
  *   Participation in workshops and seminars organized by partner universities (universities of Heidelberg, Sorbonne (Paris), Copenhagen, Milan and Warsaw)

Eligibility:

  *   Efficient use of financial resources (economic/2nd class travel)
  *   Duration of the trip: usually 1-2 working days

The 4EU+ alliance offers also e-learning possibilities – at present courses European Citizenship and Data Literacy. They are open for free for both students and employees of Charles University at the Coursera platform: https://ezdroje.cuni.cz/prehled/zdroj.php?lang=en&id=910.

Additionally, a call to support student iniciatives and enable creating contacts between 4EU+ students has been published. Students of Charles University can form teams with partners in the alliance and apply for 4U+ student minigrants. The projects can focus on initiating international research collaboration, organizing joint educational activities (workshops, soft skill courses, etc.) and developing socio-cultural collaboration and strengthening the third role of the university (active involvement in the social discourse and search for solutions to global economic, social and environmental issues – at present e.g. addressing the war in Ukraine).

In the brief application form the students will name also the contact person at the faculty (in the case of the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics Ivana Herglová) who will administrate the project. The European Centre of the Rectorate of CU will contact this person to arrange the best way of financing the project if the proposal should be selected (in most cases the funding will be in form of reimbursement of the used money towards the faculty).

Deadline to submit the project proposals in May 15, 2022. If any of the students should be interested in submitting a project proposal but they do not have the necessary contacts at the partner universities of the alliance, they are to contact as soon as possible Ivana Herglová at the email address herglova na dekanat.mff.cuni.cz<mailto:herglova na dekanat.mff.cuni.cz>.
