[OGAP-l] Nástroj "Hop On" Horizontu Evropa / "Hop On" Facility of Horizon Europe

Vážení kolegové,

novým nástrojem Horizontu Evropa je tzv. *Hop On.*

Týká se zemí ze skupiny *tzv. Widening Countries*, ke kterým patří i 
Česká republika.

Nástroj umožňuje *přistoupení jednoho dalšího partnera ze skupiny 
Widening zemí ke konsorciu* financovanému v rámci *klastrů Pilíře 2 a 
projektů EIC Pathfinder Pilíře 3 programu Horizont Evropa. *Toto 
konsorcium musí mít již podepsanou grantovou dohodu. Podmínkou je, 
že*konsorcium nesmí mít jiného partnera z Widening zemí.* Návrh na 
přistoupení nového partnera předkládá koordinátor (po odsouhlasení celým 
konsorciem) doplněním aktivit i rozpočtu pro nového partnera, a to v 
režimu změn v popisu práce (úkoly v pracovních balíčkách). Rozpočet 
jednoho projektu může být navýšen o částku 0,2 - 0,5 mil. EUR, přičemž 
tato částka musí být přidělena novému partnerovi s výjimkou 
koordinačního poplatku až do výše 10% zvýšeného rozpočtu, který si může 
nárokovat koordinátor. V r. 2022 má výzva *dva termíny sběru návrhů* 
(cut-off dates), a to *20. dubna a 10. listopadu*, a celkem by mělo být 
podpořeno cca. 80 projektů.

Nyní již jsou kromě dříve publikovaných výzev v oblasti zdraví 
zveřejněné některé výzvy z oblast EIC Pathfinder, které by se 
potenciálně mohly týkat také MFF - a další nabídky by měly následovat.

Dear colleagues,

the *Hop On Facility* is a new tool of the Horizon Europe programme.

It targets so called *Widening Countries*, a group that includes also 
the Czech Republic.

The Hop On Facility makes it possible to *add one more partner from a 
Widening Country to a consortium* financed from the *programme Horizon 
Europe*, namely in the projects that were selected for financing in 
*Clusters (Pillar 2 of HE) or EIC Pathfinder (Pillar 3 of HE)*. The 
consorcium must have already a signed Grant Agreement. The main 
*condition is that the consortium does not yet have a partner from a 
Widening Country.* The proposal to add new partner is submitted by the 
coordinator of the project (after the agreement of the whole 
consortium). It is done by the addition of the activities and budget of 
the new partner by adjusting the description of work tasks (in the work 
packages). The budget of a project may be increased by 0,2 - 0,5 mil. 
EUR. This sum must be allocated to the new partner, with the exception 
of coordination fee of up to 10% of the increased budget, which may be 
claimed by the coordinator. In 2022 there are *two cut-off dates for 
collection of the proposals - April 20 and November 10.* About 80 
projects will receive the financial support of the European Commission.

Recently, several EIC Pathfinder projects have been published as open 
for cooperation (these might already possibly be interesting for members 
of our faculty). Previously, there had been calls in Health only. Other 
offers should follow.
