[OGAP-l] Vyhlášení nových veřejných soutěží GA ČR 2023 / Call for the new public competitions GA ČR 2023

dovolujeme si Vás informovat, že *GA ČR *vyhlásil výzvu *k podávání 
návrhů projektů do následujících soutěží*veřejných soutěží *pro projekty 
s počátkem řešení v r. 2023*.

V zájmu spolehlivého zpracování velkého množství očekávaných přihlášek z 
MFF žádá OGAP potenciální uchazeče o grant o interní registraci 
<https://forms.office.com/r/uwWEzvtVjU>. Seznam uchazečů bude zaslán 
sekčním proděkanům pro informaci. Registrovaným uchazečům bude rovněž 
zaslán link k připojení na webinář k přípravě návrhu projektu do soutěže 
GA ČR (ostatním na vyžádání).

Návrhy projektu se připravují ve webové aplikaci *GRIS* 
<https://cas.gris.cz/cas/login?service=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.gris.cz%2Fapex%2Ff%3Fp%3D103>. 
Všichni uchazeči vloží do aplikace přístup pro OGAP (Project 
Detail/Users/Add User/Username: OGAP/Role in project: Project 
Accountant), pouze k nahlížení a možnosti kontroly projektu, do kterého 
nebudeme zasahovat.

Dovolujeme si vás upozornit na užitečnou sérii videonávodů 
<https://gacr.cz/dulezite-prezentace/>GA ČR, které Vám pomohou zvládnout 
práci a aplikací GRIS, ve které návrh vytváříte. Dále jsou pro vás velmi 
praktické informace shrnuty ve FAQ <https://gacr.cz/faq/>(často kladené 
otázky).

Připravujeme rovněž *webinář *s informacemi pro navrhovatele nových 
projektů GA ČR. Je určen všem, kteří budou podávat návrhy poprvé, 
případně těm, kteří by si chtěli postupy osvěžit.

Definitivní návrhy projektů, vypracované v souladu se zadávací 
dokumentací a vygenerované aplikací GRIS (bez příloh) jako soubor ve 
formátu pdf FINAL (po zaškrtnutí volby „byla zkontrolována úplnost a 
správnost údajů“ a označené vodoznakem FINAL, s názvem obsahujícím znaky 
„_CZ_f.pdf“) zasílejte výhradně na adresu:*granty na dekanat.mff.cuni.cz 
<mailto:granty na dekanat.mff.cuni.cz> *a**v kopii na vedoucího pracoviště 
a vašeho sekčního proděkana, kteří s podáním návrhuvysloví souhlas.

Výše uvedené platí i pro návrhy projektů, kde jste v roli *spoluřešitele*.

Finální návrhy projektů ve formátu pdf FINAL zašle OGAP do datové 
schránky GA ČR.

7. 3. ukončena registrace uchazečů na MFF, všem registrovaným bude 
zaslán link na webinář k nové soutěži GAČR, seznam uchazečů bude předán 
příslušným sekčním proděkanům pro informaci

Due to the expected high amount of applications at the Faculty of 
Mathematics and Physics, the Department of Grants and Projects (OGAP) 
would like to ask all potential applicants for an obligatory internal 
registration <https://forms.office.com/r/uwWEzvtVjU>to help us get a 
full overview. The list of applicants will be sent to the appropriate 
Section Dean for information. The registered applicants will also 
automatically receive a link to the webinar on preparation of the 
project proposal in this GA ČR Call; other potential interested may 
request the link individually.

The project proposals are submitted via the web application *GRIS* 
<https://cas.gris.cz/cas/login?service=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.gris.cz%2Fapex%2Ff%3Fp%3D103>. 
All applicants are kindly requested to add OGAP between the contact 
persons of the project proposal (Project Detail/Users/Add User/Username: 
OGAP/Role in project: Project Accountant). OGAP will be able to view and 
control the project like this – but shall not make any changes.

We would like to draw to your attention also a useful series of 
*videomanuals* <https://gacr.cz/dulezite-prezentace/>GA ČR, which may 
help you to learn to use the application *GRIS* in which you will submit 
the proposal. Of practical help is also the information provided in the 
section *FAQ* <https://gacr.cz/faq/>(Frequently Asked Questions).

We are also preparing a *webinar* with information for all applicants 
for the new GA ČR projects. It’s aimed at all who will be submitting the 
proposal for the first time, but also those who would like to refresh 
their knowledge are invited to join.

The videomanuals and the webinar are in Czech language. If there are 
more English-speaking GA ČR applicants who would profit from the English 
version of the webinar, please, let us know in advance and we can 
prepare a summary in English at the end of the event.

The final version of the project proposal, prepared in accordance with 
the Tender Documents and generated by the application GRIS (without 
attachments) are to be sent in the PDF formate to the email address 
granty na dekanat.mff.cuni.cz <mailto:granty na dekanat.mff.cuni.cz>; in GRIS 
you must select „byla zkontrolována úplnost a správnost údajů“ („the 
complexity and correctness of the data has been checked“), the PDF will 
have a watermark FINAL and the name of the file will be ending with 
„_CZ_f.pdf“). The head of your department and your section Vice-dean 
must be in copy field and shall voice their agreement with the project.

The same rules are valid for project proposals where you act as 
*co-investigator*.

Final versions of the project proposals in the formate pdf + FINAL will 
be sent by OGAP to the data box of GA ČR.

the applicants will be forwarded the Section Vice-deansfor information

11. 3.10 a.m. – webinar on the new GA ČR Call; with possible English 
summary at the end of the event by interest

*24. 3. internal deadline to submit the Final pdf versions of the 
project proposals to OGAP – in copy to be sent to the Head of the 
Department and the Section Vice-dean so that they can proclaim their 
agreement*

28. 3. deadline for the agreements of the Heads of the Department and 
the Section Vice-deans with the project proposals

7. 4. submission of the project proposals to the data box GA ČR via OGAP

30. 6. submission of the foreign partner’s proposal of the International 
Grant Project(s), if such proposal has not yet been submitted to GRIS 
previously
