připomínáme, že jsou otevřené výzvy MSCA COFUND a MSCA Staff Exchanges.

V případě MSCA Staff Exchanges proběhne dne 7. 12. 2022 online informační den Evropské komise, konaný v době 10:30-12:30. Na akci není třeba registrace, bude ji možné v přímém přenosu i záznamu sledovat zde:

Více k oběma běžícím výzvám:

1) MSCA COFUND - deadline 9. 2. 2023

V tomto grantovém podprogramu MSCA je možné vytvořit jednou institucí program pro hostování doktorandských studentů nebo postdoců (s pobyty vždy minimálně na 3 měsíce) v celkové délce projektu max. 5 let s podmínkou hostování nejméně 3 mladých výzkumníků během této doby. Může jít také o podporu již existujícího programu na vzdělávání doktorandů nebo postdoců - ale podporu MSCA lze použít vždy jen pro nové uchazeče, ne již existující účastníky programu. Finance z MSCA jsou omezené na podporu (stipendium/plat) daných mladých výzkumníků; zbytek programu dofinancovává (proto název COFUND) instituce, která program organizuje. Uchazeči Ph.D. nebo postdoc se hlásí do již existujícího programu MSCA COFUND. Volná místa mohou najít např. prostřednictvím portálu EURAXESS. Pokud návrh projektu získá Seal of Excellence, ale nemůže být pro nedostatek prostředků ze zdrojů EU financován, je možné ucházet se nově v rámci ČR o financování z OP JAK.

Pozor: účastník programu (doktorand či postdoc) nesmí působit v zemi, kam se uchází o MSCA, déle než 12 měsíců v posledních 36 měsících (3 letech) před podáním žádosti.

2) MSCA Staff Exchanges - deadline 8. 3. 2023

Tento program je zaměřený na výměnu akademických i THP pracovníků zapojených do vědeckých či inovačních projektů za účelem získání a sdílení zkušeností ze zahraničního pracoviště v délce 1 měsíce až 1 roku. Zapojit se mohou jak akademická a vědecká pracoviště, tak i firmy. Projekt může být celkově až na 4 roky a žádost o něj podává konsorcium partnerů. Zapojené instituce musí být nejméně 3, min. 2 z nich z EU zemí nebo zemí asociovaných k Horizontu Evropa. Pokud jde o podporu v rámci jednoho sektoru (např. jen akademické instituce nebo jen firmy), je podmínkou, aby jeden z partnerů byl z neasociované země HE.

More on both running Calls:

1) MSCA COFUND - deadline February 9, 2023
In this MSCA subprogramme, it is possible for one institution to create a programme for hosting doctoral students or postdocs (with stays of at least 3 months) for a total project duration of a maximum of 5 years, with the condition of hosting at least 3 young researchers during this time. It can also be used as support for an existing programme for the education of doctoral students or postdocs - but MSCA support can only be used for new applicants, not already existing programme participants. Funding from the MSCA is limited to the support (scholarship/salary) of the given young researchers; the rest of the programme is co-financed (hence the name COFUND) by the institution that organizes the programme. Candidates for Ph.D. or postdoc positions within the project apply to an already existing MSCA COFUND programme. The vacancies are advertised, for example, through the EURAXESS portal. If the project proposal receives the Seal of Excellence, but due to a lack of funds cannot be financed from EU sources, it is possible to apply again within the Czech Republic for a new funding programme from the OP JAK (Operation Programme Johannes Amos Comenius).

N.B.: The programme participant (doctoral student or postdoc) must not work in the country where they apply for the MSCA position for more than 12 months in the last 36 months (3 years) before submitting the application.

2) MSCA Staff Exchanges - deadline 8 March 2023
This programme supports the exchange of academic and administrative staff involved in research and innovation projects.
It provides them with the possibility to gain and share experience from a foreign workplace. The exchanges can last for a period of 1 month to 1 year.
The programme is open for application of both academic and research institutions as well as companies.
The project can last for a total of up to 4 years. The application is submitted by a consortium of partners. There must be at least 3 participating institutions.
Min. 2 of them have to be from EU countries or countries associated with Horizon Europe.
If the project proposal is submitted within a single sector (e.g. only by academic institutions or companies),
there is a condition that one of the partners must be from a non-associated country of Horizon Europe.
